Environmental Construction Services at Phoenix, AZ
Overview :
DCR provided Environmental Construction Services at Phoenix, AZ – The National Park Service
to manage the implementation of the EE/CA Report, technical requirements in relation
to managing the former uranium mine tailings site remediation options. DCR provided
technical expertise, project management, risk evaluation reducing the potential
environmental litigation, while working collaborative with all local enforcement
agencies supporting the implementation as well as community outreach involvement
and activities.
Environmental Construction Services at North Carolina, Fort Bragg
Overview :
DCR provided Environmental Construction Services at North Carolina, Fort Bragg – DCR is one of
three contractors with the expertise and government approval with a MATOC contract
to perform mold remediation, abatement and building repairs in office buildings,
soldier barracks, and other DPW controlled buildings at Fort Bragg. This clearance also
includes the environmental abatement removal at the Pope Army Airfield, Camp
Mackall, Simmons Army Airfield, Airborne Special Operations Museum and Linden
Oaks. DCR Services & Construction has been managing the clean up of his project for
the past 3 yrs.
Environmental Construction Services at Ohio
Overview :
DCR provided Environmental Construction Services at Ohio – This National Park Service
project includes all technical services and support to design, manage, and install a
slope stabilization wall within the Cuyahoga River along the River bank as part of a
CERCLA site TCRA. The 550foot slope stabilization wall, in the Cuyahoga Valley National
Park in Ohio, will significantly reduce human and ecological exposure to the release of
hazardous substances as a result of river bank erosion.
Construction Management Services of Structural Demolition at City of Pontiac, Michigan
Overview :
DCR provided Project & Construction Management Services of Structural Demolition at City of
Pontiac, Michigan – Demolish privately owned homes condemned by the City of Pontiac.
This project was instrumental in eliminating dilapidated homes throughout the city.
The project was in collaboration with the local government and law enforcement to
reduce crime and residential flight. DCR provided services ranging from utility
disconnections, structural and site demolition and final grading of (150) single-family
homes in the City of Pontiac.

Overview :
DCR provides a Project & Construction Management Services of Camp Mack, Fort Bragg, NC – DCR
Services & Construction provided relation and disassembly of eight-section modular office trailers
(110’ x 60’ – 6,600sf). The scope of work included the renovation of the interior and
exterior areas of trailers. Reconnecting utilities ranging from electrical, water and
sewer.

Overview :
DCR provides a Project & Construction Management Services of Reactor Drain Tank Conversion
DTE Energy Monroe Power Plant, Monroe, Michigan – DCR Services & Construction The scope of
work included working in confined hot work operation requiring ongoing ventilation,
with equipment requirements ranging from scaffolds to JLH lifts, welding 12’ Dia., 24’ H
stainless steel, above-ground storage tank; installing over 10 new stainless steel raised
face nozzles including a 18” roof-mount roof vent.
